Air Handling Unit (AHU) หน้าที่สำคัญของ AHU คือการนำเอาอากาศจากภายนอกอาคารเข้ามาทำการปรับอากาศ แล้วทำการส่งออกอากาศไปยังภายในอาคาร อากาศที่หมุนเวียนแล้วจะถูกระบายออกเพื่อรักษาคุณภาพของอากาศภายในอาคาร
UV-C เป็นวิธีแก้ปัญหาในการฆ่าเชื้อที่คอยล์เย็น ท่อระบายน้ำและพื้นผิวท่อที่สะสมเชื้อไวรัส เชื้อราและการเจริญเติบโตของแบคทีเรีย UVC เทคโนโลยีกำจัดการทำงานของเชื้อไวรัส แบคทีเรีย และเชื้อรา กระตุ้นปฏิกิริยาลูกโซ่ที่นำไปสู่ความตายของเซลล์ เนื่องจากหลอดไฟทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
